Duties:

• Independently manage cases from inception through trial.
• Conduct depositions and represent clients in various legal proceedings.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Perform legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Provide strategic advice to clients regarding their legal matters.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop trial strategies.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in business and real estate litigation.
• Proven ability to independently manage a caseload.
• Strong experience with depositions and trial preparation.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
