Duties

• Collaborate with partners and associates on a range of corporate matters, providing support and expertise in transactional work
• Engage in corporate advisory roles, offering general counsel advice to clients on complex business issues
• Participate in and manage transactional processes, including contract drafting, due diligence, and negotiations
• Provide high-level client service and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and expert advice
• Contribute to the development of corporate strategies, providing perspectives from both local and global industry insights

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of corporate and transactional experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide unique insights on complex legal issues
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to advise clients and collaborate with colleagues effectively
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, yet embraces teamwork in a collaborative environment
• High attention to detail and sound judgment under pressure

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed Attorney in good standing within the state of hire (Indiana preferred)
