Corporate and Transactional Attorney

Job Overview:
A law firm seeks an experienced attorney to join its Corporate and Securities practice in Mankato, MN. Duties:

• Provide legal guidance on corporate and transactional matters, including agribusiness, commercial transactions, and financial dealings.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored legal solutions.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in corporate law and transactional work.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Eligibility to be admitted to practice law in Minnesota promptly.
