Duties

  • Manage and handle a variety of complex litigation matters, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial activities.
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Provide legal research and analysis on a broad range of litigation issues.
  • Engage in discovery, depositions, and witness preparation.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to develop case strategies.
  • Represent clients in court and assist with trial preparation and execution.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and provide mentorship to junior associates.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in litigation.
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
  • Must be admitted to practice in Illinois.
  • Proven experience in handling complex legal matters.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
