Attorney with 3+ years of experience

A law firm in Minneapolis, MN, is actively seeking an Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience, specifically in insurance litigation and/or workers' compensation litigation. Duties:

• Litigation Representation:

  • Handle insurance litigation and/or workers' compensation cases.

  • Analyze legal issues, develop case strategies, and offer proactive solutions.

• Client Interaction:

  • Interact with clients to understand their legal needs and objectives.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular case updates.

• Legal Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research on insurance laws, workers' compensation regulations, and relevant precedents.

• Writing Skills:

  • Exhibit excellent legal writing skills in the preparation of pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Requirements:

• Experience:
