Duties:

• Manage and represent clients in various litigation matters, such as general liability, product liability, construction defects, and civil litigation.
• Oversee all stages of discovery, including written discovery, depositions, and expert witness interviews.
• Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to prepare for trials and hearings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Ensure all case-related deadlines are met with attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in litigation.
• Strong general liability, product liability, construction defect, and civil litigation knowledge.
• Proven ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Active license to practice law in the state of California.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• California State Bar License (Required).
