Duties:

  • Drafting and preparing legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and correspondence

Requirements:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in California Workers' Compensation Defense
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and organization
  • Experience with drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
  • Proven ability to represent clients zealously in depositions and court proceedings

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • An active member of the California State Bar

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and client advocacy skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with California Workers' Compensation laws and regulations
