A law firm seeks a highly skilled Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney to join its Boise, ID office. This position is ideal for individuals who want to engage in challenging IP litigation, including patent and trademark cases, across various federal courts and possibly before the PTAB. The attorney will work alongside a committed team of associates and partners, contributing to a thriving IP practice.

Duties

  • Manage written discovery and related activities.
  • Draft and file comprehensive legal briefs and motions.
  • Prepare for and lead depositions.
  • Work collaboratively with expert witnesses and provide strategic direction.
  • Engage in detailed trial preparation and participation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years experience as an attorney in IP litigation.
  • Strong legal writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to secure bar admission in Idaho or already admitted.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Must be licensed or able to qualify for bar admission in Idaho.
