Associate Attorney - Insurance Defense Litigation

• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials as necessary.

• Assist in case settlements and negotiations.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of significant insurance defense litigation experience.
• Familiarity with pretrial filings in complex litigation areas, including construction, mass torts, personal injury, and product liability.
• Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with a team.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical and writing skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be admitted to practice law in Washington State and in good standing.
