  • Draft and review key legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
  • Collaborate with clients and other attorneys to develop case strategies.
  • Mentor and support junior attorneys in their professional development.
  • Contribute to business development and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Assist in the resolution of complex construction defect issues and disputes.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Construction Defect litigation.
  • Excellent references with a history of job stability.
  • Strong record in handling complex construction defect cases.
  • Member of the California State Bar in good standing.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
