Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Manage and handle a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
  • Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and business professionals to provide legal advice and strategic solutions.
  • Draft and review legal documents and agreements related to real estate transactions.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients’ needs.
  • Advise clients on the legal aspects of securities offerings related to real estate.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and third parties.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Support senior attorneys in managing complex legal projects.
  • Provide timely and efficient responses to clients’ legal inquiries.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of substantive experience in real estate law.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Proven attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in advising clients on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
  • Familiarity with securities offerings is a plus.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Washington State.
