A law firm seeks a knowledgeable and dedicated Associate Attorney to join its practice in Johnson City, TN. This role focuses on estate and trust planning, estate and trust administration, and small business legal matters. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, drafting essential legal documents, advising fiduciaries, and representing clients in estate and trust proceedings.

Duties

Requirements
