Duties

• Manage case files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation for effective case management.
• Interview clients to gather essential information and build strong case foundations.
• Handle discovery processes and respond to inquiries from clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Maintain compliance with filing deadlines and procedural requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and share insights to enhance team outcomes.

Requirements

• Admission to practice law in New Jersey.
• Prior experience handling New Jersey personal injury cases.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and navigating complex case management systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and adaptability to other legal software.
• Ability to work independently under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in New Jersey.
