Job Details:

  • Independently handle complex litigation matters, including General Liability (GL) and business cases.
  • Take on significant responsibility for cases throughout the state, demonstrating a strategic and well-prepared approach.
  • Structure effective discovery plans to ensure a comprehensive examination of relevant information.
  • Take and defend depositions as part of the legal proceedings.
  • Manage document-intensive cases efficiently and effectively.
  • Draft dispositive motions and prepare compelling legal arguments.
  • Thoroughly prepare for trial, showcasing expertise in complex legal issues.

 

Requirements:

  • California Bar license is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in general litigation (GL), business litigation, and/or complex civil litigation.
  • Strong academic credentials reflecting a solid legal foundation.
  • Ambition to create an extraordinary career in complex litigation.
