Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload with a focus on criminal law matters, ensuring timely and effective representation.

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.

• Provide insightful legal counsel and recommendations to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.

• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal support staff to strategize and develop case approaches.

• Maintain client relationships through consistent communication, offering updates, and addressing concerns.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in criminal law is preferred.

• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas.

• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to evaluate legal situations effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Texas State Bar License.
