This role involves handling both secured and unsecured lending transactions, including fund financings, acquisition financings, and leveraged finance. Duties

• Manage complex secured and unsecured lending transactions, including fund financings, acquisition financings, and leveraged finance deals.
• Work on bridge loans and other domestic and cross-border syndicated and bilateral financings.
• Provide legal counsel on fund finance and leverage finance/private credit matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare documentation for financial transactions.
• Collaborate with clients and senior team members to develop and execute financing strategies.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in fund finance, leverage finance, or private credit transactions.
• Strong background in managing complex domestic and international financing transactions.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote or in-office setting.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree, graduating class of 2018 to 2020, from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership, in good standing, with the ability to practice in North Carolina or eligibility for admission.
