Job Overview: A growing law firm is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Attorney to represent clients in consumer bankruptcy cases, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings. The ideal candidate will manage the entire case process from start to finish, working collaboratively with paralegals and staff to meet client needs. This is a full-time, remote position with competitive compensation and bonus potential.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in consumer bankruptcy cases (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13).
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
  • Collaborate with paralegals and other staff to meet case requirements.
  • Provide reliable advocacy for clients during challenging and stressful times.
  • Review case-related documents and determine the best course of action for each client.
  • Manage your caseload independently while working effectively with other team members.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in Arizona.
  • Experience handling consumer bankruptcy cases (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13) from start to finish.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to support clients through difficult situations.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
