Pre-litigation Personal Injury Attorney

A law firm seeks a highly motivated Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join its Houston, TX team. In this full-time role, you will work closely with clients to ensure they receive the best possible care while also effectively navigating the pre-litigation process. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate communicator, capable of establishing trust with clients and negotiating on their behalf. Duties

• Conduct initial client consultations, establishing trust and providing clarity on their legal options.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding the status of their claims, demands, and settlement offers.
• Work closely with insurance companies to handle claims, demands, and updates.
• Evaluate and assess personal injury and property damage claims to determine the best course of action.
• Collaborate with a team of legal professionals, offering proactive problem-solving and support.
• Keep clients informed and involved throughout the claims process.
• Develop and negotiate settlement offers with a focus on securing optimal results for clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Member of the Texas Bar in good standing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong background in evaluating personal injury and property damage claims.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and advocate on behalf of clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Proactive problem-solving approach, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Texas State Bar.
