Duties:

• Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Advise clients on complex estate planning and tax matters
• Represent clients in meetings and legal proceedings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on estate planning strategies and tax issues
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation
• Review and manage the preparation of trust and estate documents
• Guide clients on asset protection, tax reduction strategies, and wealth transfer
• Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring their legal needs are met
• Work with a team of attorneys to ensure seamless client service

Requirements:

• Proven experience in estate planning, tax law, and trusts, with a focus on complex irrevocable trusts
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex legal matters and documents
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Nevada State Bar
