• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients.
• Oversee the work of assigned legal secretaries and law clerks.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support litigation efforts.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California (required).
• Experience in civil litigation, personal injury, premises liability defense, and consumer law.
• Knowledge of the Consumers Legal Remedies Act, Song-Beverly Act, and B&P 17200.
• Prior experience with depositions, mediations, and arbitrations is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California.
