Houston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an immigration attorney with 1-2 years of immigration law experience. The candidate should be a Licensed attorney in any state and good standing with the licensing board. The candidate will provide legal advice to clients and potential clients, represent clients before the immigration courts and Board of Immigration Appeals, research legal issues related to immigration law, draft motions and briefs, communicate with clients, attend hearings, and client testimony preparation, collect and gather evidence in support of various immigration applications, draft statements in support of applications for relief, draft appellate briefs, and submit affirmative applications to USCIS. Must be Fluent in English and Spanish (read/write/speak). 3 years of experience in removal defense is required. Must have advanced skills with MS Word, Excel, and internet research on Lexis.

The candidate should be organized, thorough, and able to work independently. Advanced and other related sites are required. Must have excellent communication, research, and writing skills.
