Duties:

  • Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the pre-litigation process, providing support and updates.
  • Case Management: Manage cases from intake through resolution, including reviewing documents, drafting demand letters, and processing paperwork.
  • Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations by reviewing medical records, accident reports, and other documentation to build strong cases.
  • Settlement Negotiations: Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and other third parties, ensuring fair compensation for clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to maintain smooth case flow and thorough preparation.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of legal experience.
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills.
