The candidate must be currently licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and good standing or scheduled to take the Pennsylvania Bar exam in February 2023. Experience in the practice of law is preferred, and specific experience in advising clients in corporate law matters and/or in representing clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other commercial transactions is a plus.
