Senior Litigation Attorney

Duties:

• Produce litigation documents such as motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.
• Appear in state and federal courts, representing clients in litigation proceedings.
• Manage multi-district litigation cases, if applicable.
• Provide timely and high-quality work products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to achieve case objectives.
• Adhere to firm policies and practices, maintaining ethical standards and professional conduct.
• Engage in physical and sedentary activities, including extensive computer work and participation in digital/virtual conferences.

Requirements:

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
• Minimum 6 years of experience practicing law with a focus on litigation.
• Proven experience drafting litigation documents and appearing in court.
• Strong analytical and writing skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
• Proficiency in research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking.
