  • Draft motions, pleadings, and legal documents to support client defenses effectively.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar with an active license in good standing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience practicing criminal defense law.
  • Proven track record handling complex criminal cases at federal, state, and local levels.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
