Duties

• Draft pleadings and legal documents for family law cases
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law

• Attend court proceedings and assist in trial preparation
• Communicate effectively with clients to address their legal concerns

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Passed the California Bar exam or awaiting bar results
• Strong legal research, writing, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior attorneys
• Prior family law or civil litigation experience is a plus
