Duties:

  • Oversee residential and commercial real estate transactions, including sales and refinances
  • Review property titles
  • Collaborate with lenders, brokers, agents, buyers, and sellers to facilitate real estate transactions
  • Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, deeds, leases, and purchase agreements
  • Provide exceptional client service by addressing questions and concerns throughout the transaction process
  • Review disbursement ledgers and authorize checks for real estate closings

Requirements:
