Location:

Duties:

• Oversee residential and commercial real estate transactions, including sales and refinances
• Review property titles
• Collaborate with lenders, brokers, agents, buyers, and sellers to facilitate real estate transactions
• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, deeds, leases, and purchase agreements
• Provide exceptional client service by addressing questions and concerns throughout the transaction process
• Review disbursement ledgers and authorize checks for real estate closings
• Develop and cultivate business relationships to expand the firm's clientele
• Conduct training sessions for potential clients on real estate law topics

Requirements:

• Membership in good standing with the South Carolina State Bar
• Preferred experience in residential real estate transactions (training available for the right candidate)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
