A law firm in Tucson, AZ, is seeking an experienced Estate and Tax Planning and Native American Law Attorney with 3-8 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal counsel on estate planning, tax matters, and Native American law issues. Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and counsel on estate planning, trust administration, and wealth preservation strategies
  • Assist clients with tax planning, including income, gift, and estate tax matters

  • Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents

Requirements:

  • 3-8 years of experience in estate planning, tax law, and/or Native American law
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Arizona State Bar
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws, including estate and gift tax regulations
  • Familiarity with Native American law and tribal legal systems is preferred
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Arizona State Bar

Skills:

  • Proficiency in legal research tools and resources
