Duties

  • Manage complex litigation cases focused on cyber, privacy, and data innovation.
  • Oversee all aspects of litigation, including client communications, discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
  • Collaborate with eDiscovery, Analytics, and Litigation Support teams to develop and implement case strategies.
  • Conduct mediations, argue motions, and pursue case resolutions.
  • Draft comprehensive legal documents, perform detailed research, and provide strategic guidance to clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in complex civil litigation, particularly in cyber, data, or privacy law.
  • Strong academic background and demonstrated excellence in research and writing.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Active membership in the State Bar of the desired office location.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of the desired office location.
