Duties:

• Manage and conduct depositions
• Handle motion practice and court appearances
• Oversee electronic discovery processes
• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions
• Provide litigation support to clients in commercial business disputes

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial business litigation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong academic record and attention to detail
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in electronic discovery management and litigation technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the relevant state Bar (New York)
