Duties:

• Handle discovery and trial preparation in high-stakes commercial litigation matters.
• Provide written and oral advocacy in support of litigation and trial strategies.
• Collaborate with litigation teams on complex case management.
• Work directly with clients and other legal teams to ensure successful case outcomes.
• Participate in a wide range of trial preparation tasks, including research, drafting legal documents, and preparing exhibits.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in commercial litigation at a large law firm.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience handling discovery, depositions, and other trial preparation.
• Local bar admission in Georgia is required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Georgia Bar.
