Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will handle various legal tasks, including preparing pleadings, managing discovery, and representing clients in court.

Key Duties:

• Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Manage the discovery process, including the review and production of documents.
• Take and defend depositions of witnesses and parties involved in litigation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to manage cases effectively and prepare for trials and arbitrations.
• Provide legal advice to clients involved in lawsuits and represent them in court proceedings.
• Participate in case strategy meetings and contribute to the development of legal strategies.
• Maintain accurate and thorough case files and documentation.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and changes in the law.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Colorado or eligible for admission via waiver.
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, including substantial trial experience.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex litigation cases independently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to practice in Colorado or ability to obtain admission through waiver.
