A law firm seeks a skilled securities attorney with over six years of experience managing structured securities offerings. This position focuses on commercial real estate law, particularly in finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and make significant contributions to various legal initiatives.

Duties:

  • Represent a variety of public and private real estate entities, including REITs and institutional investors, across multiple transactions.
  • Manage the complexities associated with acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and sophisticated financing in the commercial real estate sector.
  • Provide comprehensive legal counsel to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and analyze critical legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Deliver strategic insights based on strong business judgment and extensive legal expertise.
  • Effectively oversee multiple projects while demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and robust organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of six years of experience managing structured securities offerings.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active attorney license in the jurisdiction of practice.
