Job Overview:
A prominent law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate to join its team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including development, leasing, purchases and sales, corporate real estate, and mortgage lending. The firm is looking for a driven, motivated individual with 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate law to join a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Duties:

  • Handle commercial real estate transactions, including development, purchases and sales, corporate real estate, leasing, and mortgage lending.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements and contracts.

  • Provide legal advice to clients on real estate matters.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Manage multiple transactions and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of commercial real estate experience.

  • Strong work ethic with the ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

  • Strong academic background.

Certifications:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Ohio or willing to seek licensure.

Skills:

  • Expertise in commercial real estate development, purchases and sales, corporate real estate, leasing, and mortgage lending.

  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and contract review skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
