Job Title: Business Law Attorney

Job Overview: A well-established law firm in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking an experienced Business Law Attorney with a focus on both transactional law and business litigation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to handle a variety of business-related legal matters, providing expert legal guidance to clients in areas such as entity structuring, acquisitions, tax issues, and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and drafting key legal documents and assisting clients with a broad range of business transactions.

Duties:

• Provide consultation and legal services related to entity selection, structuring, tax matters, partnerships, employment, and client-specific needs.
• Assist clients in the acquisition and sale of businesses and assets, as well as succession planning.
• Secure and maintain necessary regulatory approvals and ensure ongoing compliance with relevant laws.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate legal documents for business transactions, including:
  • Employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, service agreements, and joint venture agreements.
  • Business contracts such as buy/sell agreements, stockholder agreements, and management agreements.
• Support clients with the negotiation, structuring, and facilitation of real estate transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate commercial and residential lease agreements.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of legal experience, with a focus on business law, estate planning, and asset protection.
• Proven ability to handle complex business transactions and legal matters.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and precision in legal work.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Bar admission in the state of Nevada.
