The successful candidates will work on insurance defense and/or medical malpractice cases, providing support in various litigation and legal processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research, writing, and analysis to assist senior attorneys and partners.

  • Review and analyze medical records, and prepare detailed reports on findings.

Requirements:

  • Experience with insurance defense and/or medical malpractice is preferred.
  • Proven ability to conduct legal research, draft documents, and assist in case preparation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in client interaction and courtroom settings is beneficial.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active admission to the New York State Bar.
