Duties:

• Manage personal injury and civil litigation cases, including workers' compensation and employment law matters.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and mediations.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Develop case strategies and work closely with clients to ensure effective case management.
• Meet case deadlines efficiently while working in high-pressure situations.
• Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation and courtroom experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and meet deadlines with professionalism.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
