Duties:

  • Client Interaction:

    • Conduct intake meetings to understand client needs and establish trust.
    • Document essential facts related to liability, damages, and coverage.
    • Guide clients through the legal process with empathy and clarity.
  • Investigation & Case Preparation:

    • Direct investigations to uncover evidence and evaluate insurance coverage.
    • Work closely with lead attorneys to assess and prepare cases for trial.
  • Negotiation & Litigation:

    • Aggressively negotiate with insurance adjusters to secure favorable settlements.
    • If necessary, file lawsuits and guide clients through litigation, including mediation and arbitration.
    • Prepare pleadings, discovery, and trial strategies.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with a team of paralegals, demand drafters, and case managers to ensure efficient case progress.
    • Regularly review case statuses and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Performance & Outcomes:

    • Strive to resolve cases with Full Settlement Value in 95% of cases.
    • Meet annual revenue goals of $1.5 Million in attorney fees.
    • Achieve a 95% positive client review rate.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving favorable settlements and outcomes for clients.
  • Ability to handle a high-volume caseload with attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage litigation processes.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar membership in the state of Texas.

Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and client advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
