A law firm in Miami, FL, is seeking a skilled Mid- to Senior-level Real Estate Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will work directly with the firm's Co-Global Chair of Real Estate, handling substantial transactional responsibilities and engaging directly with clients.

Duties:

  • Manage and negotiate commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Provide legal advice and support on development projects and other real estate matters.
  • Conduct due diligence reviews and draft related documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with local entrepreneurial and national institutional clients on various real estate issues across the country.
  • Handle client communications and maintain relationships under the guidance of senior attorneys.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission.
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions at a regional or national law firm.
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex transactions independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines efficiently.

  • Expertise in commercial real estate law, including acquisitions, leasing, and financing.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical abilities.
