Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury litigation cases, ensuring they receive top-tier advocacy and results.
• Conduct client consultations, demonstrating empathy, earning trust, and building lasting professional relationships.
• Keep clients informed and updated regarding case progress, including communication with insurance companies about claim statuses, demands, and offers.
• Prepare cases comprehensively for trial and act as lead counsel when necessary.
• Evaluate claims effectively to provide strategic counsel and determine appropriate case management.
• Collaborate with legal teams while maintaining the ability to operate independently.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6+ years of litigation experience.
• Proven experience as a lead attorney (1st chair) in trial settings.
• Active membership with the Illinois Bar in good standing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities are an advantage.
• Exceptional negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong independent work ethic complemented by team collaboration.
• Ability to handle cases proactively and resolve issues efficiently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois and member in good standing with the Bar.
