Duties:

  • Attend court hearings and trials regularly, ensuring all client matters are addressed.
  • Collaborate with team members and manage caseloads effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal procedures and case law in Massachusetts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of trial experience in Massachusetts District and Superior courts.
  • Experience in family law or criminal law trial work is required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and courtroom presentation skills.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and in good standing.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
