Duties

• Handle business litigation cases with a focus on matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis related to case proceedings.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, briefs, and motions.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies.
• Maintain updated knowledge of business litigation trends and case law in Delaware.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of business litigation experience.
• Proven experience litigating matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage cases from inception through trial.
• Excellent communication skills for both written and verbal presentations.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school.

Certifications

• Membership in the Delaware State Bar, or the ability to obtain admission to the Delaware Bar promptly.
