Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Proven experience in litigation, preferably in personal injury or medical malpractice law.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Proficiency in legal drafting and familiarity with various areas of law (family law, workers' compensation, estate planning, etc.).
  • Excellent research skills with experience using platforms like Lexis-Nexis.
