The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling extra-contractual litigation and coverage issues at all stages.

Duties:

  • Manage and litigate extra-contractual issues related to first-party property claims.
  • Handle all stages of first-party property coverage issues, including coverage analysis and litigation.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and legal arguments.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
  • Advise clients on coverage disputes and extra-contractual liability issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop effective litigation strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant case law and insurance regulations.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in first-party property extra-contractual issues and coverage matters.
  • Proven experience with extra-contractual litigation and coverage analysis.

  • Verifiable relevant work experience in insurance coverage and extra-contractual litigation.
