Corporate Associate Attorney - Tax

A law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney - Tax in Denver, CO. The attorney will join cross-office tax and corporate transactional teams, leveraging their expertise in U.S. federal income tax matters. The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials along with strong written and oral communication skills.

Duties:

• Provide legal support and counsel on a range of corporate tax matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to structure and execute complex transactions.
• Conduct research on tax issues and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and tax filings.
• Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies for clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in Colorado.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a law firm environment, with a focus on U.S. federal income tax matters.
• Proven track record of handling corporate tax issues and transactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
