Duties

• Represent policyholders in complex commercial insurance coverage disputes
• Advise clients on insurance policies, claims, and coverage issues
• Draft and review litigation documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests
• Manage all aspects of insurance recovery matters, from initial case assessment to resolution
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on high-profile insurance disputes and settlement negotiations
• Develop strategies for effective risk management and insurance-related counseling
• Provide advice on regulatory compliance and emerging issues in insurance law
• Communicate complex legal concepts clearly to clients, stakeholders, and team members

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation and policyholder representation
• Strong background in commercial litigation, with a focus on insurance disputes
• Ability to handle multiple complex matters simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the relevant state bar
