A law firm seeks a Corporate Attorney to join its Palm Beach, FL office. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in corporate law and related practices, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and securities. Duties

• Provide legal counsel on a wide range of corporate matters.
• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in corporate law or related fields such as mergers and acquisitions, finance, or securities.

• Applicable bar admission required (Florida Bar preferred).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar in good standing (Florida preferred).
