Duties

• Draft and argue motions, prepare legal briefs, and conduct thorough legal research
• Participate in depositions, trials, and other litigation proceedings
• Collaborate with litigation partners to develop case strategies and manage client relationships
• Maintain an annual billable hour target of 1900 hours

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of litigation experience, with an emphasis on business litigation
• Strong litigation skills, including persuasive writing and speaking abilities
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and research skills
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in California
