Job Overview:

The Mid-level Antitrust Associate Attorney will play a pivotal role in the firm's legal team, specializing in pre-merger notification and actively participating in civil and/or criminal antitrust litigation cases. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of California law and outstanding credentials, contributing to the firm's commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

Duties:

  • Conduct in-depth legal research on antitrust laws and regulations.
  • Prepare pre-merger notifications and assist in related filings.
  • Provide legal counsel and support in civil and/or criminal antitrust litigation matters.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to formulate effective case strategies.
  • Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Attend court proceedings and hearings as required.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with clients.

Requirements:

  • Admission to the California Bar.
  • 3-5 years of experience in pre-merger notification and civil and/or criminal antitrust litigation.
  • Exceptional academic and professional credentials.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
