Job Overview: A law firm in Saint Louis, MO is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in renewable energy development, railroad real estate, or telecom real estate. Strong writing and oral advocacy skills are essential for this role.

• Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate transactions.
  • Draft and review real estate documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence and title examinations.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and settlement discussions.
  • Handle real estate litigation matters when necessary.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting real estate transactions.

• Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney.
  • Experience in renewable energy development, railroad real estate, or telecom real estate preferred.
  • Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Active law license in the applicable jurisdiction, or eligibility to become admitted to the applicable Bar.

• Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Certifications:

  • Active law license in the applicable jurisdiction.
